The program has triggered a lot of positive energy among

participants. All activities and fellowships were made
possible by a generous grant from the Dieter Schwarz
Foundation. The unconditional support from our donor
enabled the program and its participants to play in the
top international league, spurring important new advances
in the fields of management and marketing.

The program has now reached the end of its funding period.
We have very much enjoyed it: teaching, supervising,
learning, getting to know great personalities, exchanging
important ideas, debating, shaping a research field,
experiencing success (sometimes also failure) with joint
publications, and observing the impressive professional
and personal development of our students and graduates.
This brochure celebrates not only their individual research
stories but also a diverse and high performing community
in and of itself. The community that emerged during

the DCR program will continue to exist and foster colla
boration beyond the program’s conclusion. We hope meeting
our graduates makes you feel this unique spirit of dialogue,
the culture of excellence, and the good times we had!
